Breathe in the fresh morning air and deepen your understanding of how to achieve mindfulness in your daily life. This one-off outdoor meditation session is guided by the Venerables of Fo Guang Shan Chung Tian Temple.
Mass Meditation at BBDF
This session will allow you to experience mindfulness in three stages:
Bodily movement through Taichi
Reflection of the senses through the tasting of tea
Mental focus through sitting meditation
The practice of mindfulness allows us to consciously learn to live in the present moment and experience joy in each breath.
